Support and Maintenance

After designing and building great networks, we are also able to provide on going managed services for the support and ongoing maintenance which ensures that the networks continue to perform to its intended design.

WDSi have a dedicated network operations centre whereby we monitor and troubleshoot networks 24/7/365 in both the UK and Internationally. We provide the backbone support and deliver services on behalf of companies such as EE and Fujitsu.

In addition to network health and performance, we are able to provide security monitoring for network intrusion attempts or malware. Software as a service enables malware and other harmful bots to be neutralised.

Content filtering services are also provided to a variety of customers who wish to maintain a responsible image on the content being provided to ensure it is safe and appropriate for their end users.

WDSi manage and monitor over 25,000 end points in the network Operations Centre through the use of highly automated proprietary software.
